Pharmacology and Toxicology Supervisor

Job Description：

  • a. Responsible for choosing candidate compound for deep research in the early clinical stages, deep understanding of signal conduction pathways and in vitro and in vivo pharmacology.
  • b. Leading project team design and pharmacological research to support biomarker strategies and clinical trial design. Analyze the data/results and convey it to the project team and leader.
  • c. Cooperate with team members, determine and evaluate CRO companies, provide scientific and reasonable support for each project, and be responsible for outsourced research solution to accelerate the completion of the project’s milestone.

Position Requirements：

  • a. Pharmacology, biology or related major. Master’s/Doctor’s degree or above, more than 2 years working experience of pharmacology and toxicology.
  • b. Familiar with the evaluation method of the vivo and vitro efficacy, have 1-3 years working experience of vivo and vitro efficacy screening.
  • c. Experience of non-clinical application for projects, very familiar with the guidance principles of DMPK, non-clinical toxicology research.
  • d. Ability to review Chinese and English literatures and translate them independently.
  • e. With strong logical thinking and social communication, can evaluate and adjust the experimental scheme, and can analyze and summarize the experimental results.
