Pharmaceutical Project Manager

Job Description：

  • a. Manage and coordinate the R&D Projects to ensure the completion of each project.
  • b. Ability to complete the background research, data collection of projects, and create feasibility report.
  • c. Related drug information research, literature patent tracking.
  • d. Ability to draft and adjust the experimental protocol to promote project progress.
  • e. Participate in external project cooperation and technical exchanges.
  • f. Summarize the work in time and write project progress report.
  • g. Other work assigned by leader.

Position Requirements：

  • a. Organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry or related major. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or above, more than 2 years of R&D experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  • b. Have a certain R&D team management experience. Prefer candidate who participate in the application of type 1 small molecule new drugs application
  • c. Good team consciousness and collaboration spirit, good at communication, strong sense of responsibility, hard work and strong execution.
